Project Manager/Business Analyst (MUST have experience of the NOT FOR PROFIT Sector)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager/Business Analyst with experience of working in the NOT FOR PROFIT Sector to join a dynamic consultancy specialising in helping charities, mainly within the M25, implement their IT & Digital strategies.

The position is paying between £55,000 to £65,000 per annum depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits including; private healthcare, discounts on various healthcare services, pension contribution and 25 days holiday (includes 3 days between Christmas and new year).

The Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering anything for 2 – 4 projects simultaneously which will involve having to attend meetings on the client sites. The rest of each working month will be split between remote working and at the consultancy’s own offices which are above Waterloo Station.

It is important that the Project Manager/Business Analyst has experience of performing both roles as the primary focus of the role will be to initially do the required analysis after which the PM/BA will advise and steer various charities towards making good decisions when implementing new technologies for their IT and CRM systems. Although the PM/BA does NOT need to be “hands on” technical themselves, it is important that they have an interest in the latest technologies along with any developing trends.

It is absolutely critical that the Project Manager/Business Analyst is able to display strong people and stakeholder management skills as well as managing their time well so that each project is delivered on time with the client being updated regularly through the project lifecycle.

Interview process

This will be a two stage process with the first stage being an interview including a 10 minute presentation to The Head Of Practice at the consultancy

The second and final stage will be with the owner of the consultancy after which a quick decision will be made
