As a result of significant growth, this leading department are seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing department.
The Opportunity
The Commercial Real Estate Department are ranked in the legal directories and are recognised as leading advisers in their field.
They are renowned for their work with Corporate Occupiers and is led by a leading Partner in the field, who has extensive experience in the Middle East Real Estate market.
Recent work highlights include advising a technology company on its acquisition of office spaces after a funding round of over £50m and advising an international company on its acquisition of a Grade A office space.
They have partnered with us to find an enthusiastic Commercial Real Estate Solicitor who has a genuine interest in working in a specialist Corporate Occupiers team and make a mark within the sector.
Requirements
Qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with between 3 - 7 years' PQE
Corporate Occupiers experience
