You need to look no further as this Customer Relation Management (CRM) project for an international bank is that next opportunity.
This is a 6-12 month digital transformation project where you will lead the process of collecting business requirements, evaluating the systems, and implement IT applications.
Location - London
Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
Some of your duties may include:
Working with colleagues in different business units and ITD to collect, discuss and assess business requirements and translate relevant requirements into specs for feasibility and resources analysis
Recommending on the systems/tools and operating model and task prioritization
Facilitating the integration testing, UAT of the tools & ensure the full front-to-back flow is function including with service providers.
Produce quality documentation to facilitate the review, and reengineering work based on inputs / feedbacks from various parties.
Manage a project of new systems and workflow implementation, produce project planning and thereafter regular project status reporting.
Lead project resources in task development and resolve dependencies.
Identify project risks and issues, propose for mitigation actions and ensure high priority items are escalated to the project steering committee for decision making.You will have in-depth experience in the banking or financial services sector as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation and IT focussed projects.
