* Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
* Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
* Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a diverse portfolio of offices and retail shops.
* Utilize your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Participate in a 1 in 8 call-out rotation to address emergency maintenance issues.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mobile Building Services Engineer with a mechanical bias.
* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
