Packing / Machine Operative

Machine & Packing Operative - Bridgwater - Temporary to Permanent £12.31 - £14.70 an hour

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Machine and Packing Operatives for their client who are based in central Bridgwater.

Hours of work:

4 on 4 off shift pattern
2 shifts 6.45am to 6.45pm then 2 shifts 6.45pm to 6.45am, then 4 shifts off
You receive 2 x 30 minute paid breaks each day.

Rates of Pay:

For the first 3 months £12.31 per hour
Rising to £14.70 per hour after 3 months
The Role:
You will be working in a manufacturing environment where full training will be given on how to operate the machines and pack the products correctly. The training will take 4 - 6 weeks to get trained on each machine and you will be given the opportunity to be trained on multiple machines.
