We're looking for an experienced chef to join the team as Sous Chef in this beautifully maintained hotel and restaurant. The hotel is set on the North Devon coastline, is surrounded by well tended gardens and offers breath taking views of the rugged coastline. As Sous Chef you will assist in the running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off. You will assist in menu development, managing purchasing, stock control and staff training among other duties. Seasonal tourism sees busy daytime trade with emphasis on high volume dishes during the day with more restaurant style dishes in the evening.
