Production Scheduler - Larne

12 Month Contract / rolling
Salary Range: £18.83 p/h PAYE / 21.57 rolled up / £24.65 Umbrella inside IR35
Training phase would be full time onsite, Minimum 3 days a week onsite, is a 4 day week. Monday to Thursday only. Fridays are off 37.5 hours a week 07:00 - 16:30

Role Summary: Supervises and manages complex production schedules to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.

Responsibilities

Solve production scheduling issues and suggest improvements.
Work with different teams to address product-related problems and meet customer and business needs.
Manage production schedules, monitor workflow, inventory, capacity, machine issues, and product quality.Skills Needed

Data Gathering & Analysis
Collect and analyse data from various sources.
Report issues in data collection and participate in data analysis.
Global Perspective
Understand basic global business policies and procedures.
Research and explain global business issues.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic
Contribute to short-term and tactical planning.
Monitor progress and report changes in plans.
Effective Communications
Review and provide feedback on others' communications.
Adapt communication for different audiences and ensure clear and persuasive messaging.

Identify and document problems and solutions.
Analyse risks and benefits of different solutions and help make decisions.
Cross-Team Integration
Promote collaboration across different teams.
Share relevant information and identify synergies and barriers.
Forecasting
Assist in short-term product demand forecasting.
Gather and analyse demand data and research seasonal trends.
Production Scheduling and Control
Manage production cycles and schedules.
Communicate with customers and sales staff, resolve workflow issues, and oversee production runs and quality testing.Degree Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
