Project Transformation Lead

Your new company
An innovative company supplying their products globally. They have a workforce in NI of over 200 staff and many there for over 10 years! They are a very successful manufacturer and have a wide range of clients, making them a safe business to work. Due to growth they have a requirement for a Project Transformation Lead.

Your new role
Identify and lead large transformational projects covering business process, organisational structure and system changes to support a lean operating model and profitable business growth. Simultaneously encouraging the business to drive continual improvement in all areas. This will involve being a Leader of business change, and manage a lean/modern ways of working. You will be responsible for developing strategies in conjunction with all functional Directors to improve the overall efficiency of the group and provide support to Directors and Senior managers in drafting business cases for new business improvement projects in a structured and prioritised manner. You will identify business systems/applications that resolve business issues through the elimination of waste and non-value add activities and identify, scope, gather consensus and project manage initiatives which support business growth without disproportionate head count growth.
Hours of work:
8am - 5pm Mon - Thurs and Fri until 1pm. There may be some negotiation on hrs if required.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, we would like to see candidates from process, project, continuous improvement and lean backgrounds. You will have a personality which will encourage change and have a commercial mindset. Candidates with a degree in Business related courses would be desirable, but not essential. Six Sigma qualifications would be particularly suitable as well as a project qualification such as Prince 2. There may be some travel required.
