As they continue to grow, we seek a Warehouse & Inventory Administrator to join a vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for logistics, a flair for customer service, and a knack for organisation.
About You:
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehousing & logistics environment?
With excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, you are ready to tackle challenges head-on. Your proficiency in IT and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially Excel, enables you to maintain efficient and accurate inventory records. You are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation, efficiency, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a key point of contact for client queries and concerns.
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of warehouse administration tasks, including stock management, order processing, and dispatching.
* Utilise IT and WMS systems effectively, with a strong emphasis on Excel, to track inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operation, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, transport or inventory / stock administration role previously.
* Proficient in the use of IT systems, including WMS and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
* Be commutable to Loughborough, Leicestershire 5 days per week.
