Client Services Executive

An exceptional law firm based in Birmingham City Centre with stunning offices are seeking a Client Services Executive on a full time, permanent basis. Previous experience within hospitality or events would be beneficial for this role as well as excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships both with clients and staff, if this sounds like you then this may be the role for you! This role is full time (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday with flexible core hours between 08:00 and 18:00.

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will work alongside front of house and the wider estates team to provide first class client services. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the suite at all times, keeping all spaces clean and tidy throughout the day, organising rooms, date checking and rotation of stock, organising temporary staff, being a first point of contact before and during events, meeting and greeting clients during events and assisting with cloakroom.

The ideal candidate will preferably come from a hospitality or events background, you will enjoy a front facing role and will be a confident, team player who has first class organisation skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
