Job Title: Parts Manager

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary plus bonus - OTE £35,000+

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm - NO weekends

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Manager located in the Nuneaton Area. The Parts Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, inventory control, customer service, service parts, and inventory management. The role involves overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, managing inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

Qualifications

* Strong customer service skills

* Experience in inventory control and management

* Knowledge of service parts and automotive industry

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work well in a team environment

* Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to parts management

* Prior experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role is preferred
