Job Title: Permanent Gold Card Electrician

Location: Wolverhampton, UK

Salary: £36,000 per annum + Van + Fuel Card + PPE

We are a well-established M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) contractor operating in Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. Specializing in commercial and local authority contracts, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Gold Card Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with the necessary qualifications and experience to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and local authority contracts in Wolverhampton.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards at all times.

* Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams.

* Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

* Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

* JIB Gold Card and relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).

* Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably within the commercial or local authority sector.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Full UK driving license.
