An excellent opportunity is available to join a multinational in a role offering clear and defined progression into Operations Manager.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking someone to shadow the current Operations Manager and learn his role prior to him passing over the reigns.

An ideal applicant will be an experienced production / operations professional from a manufacturing or heavy engineering background. You will have excellent team leadership skills and a desire to progress your career.

The company have 65 sites in the UK, 150 worldwide, and last year turned over £5billion. They are renowned for their retention and development of staff with some of their employee’s being with the business for 20+ years.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the production team, and overseeing the wider operations of a busy manufacturing site. Full industry and further job training will be provided.
