My client is both the UK and Europes number one provider of business information to the construction industry. It is fastgrowing buoyany sector. Initially the role will be to make appointments as you start to understand the complexities of the product offering, This is done through telephone sales and teams appointments. Once you have completed the training period and become proficient you will be promoted into a 360 degree sales role.

The successful candidate will have a good telephone voice , be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn. Full training is given but some telephone sales experience would be an advantage , but the most important qualities are enthusiasm and a desire to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

• At the beginning you will set quality appointments for external field sales team while you learn the product. to present our databases to potential clients.

• Contact prospective customers selling the benefits of our product

• Working towards monthly KPIs and objectives which are set by the manager.

• Ensuring data is cleansed and accurately log all calls on the CRM system.

• Producing quotes and orders when required and working with external team to secure orders.

• Ensuring you and the business remain GPDR compliant at all times.

• Self-sourcing new leads by using multiple channels.

• Participating in any training and take personal responsibility for self-development.

• Be open to performing other tasks as the manager and business requires.

Requirements:

• Excellent persuasive telephone manner & confidence to communicate at all levels.

• Target driven, passionate about achieving goals and succeeding.

• Computer savvy
