Description
As the Supply Chain Manager you will,
Lead and develop the supply chain team building engagement and performance
Review, manage, and optimise the end-to-end supply chain process
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure service and continuity of supply
Support and build strong working relationships with the site leadership team, helping to meet / exceed performance objectives
Oversee inventory and warehouse management
Develop the use of SAP
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
Proven in managing end-to-end supply chains in a batch manufacturing based environment (chemicals / food / H&PC). This will include a working knowledge of production planning, supply planning, S&OP, and supporting a warehouse operation
Ideally knowledge with SAP (or similar ERP) systems, including the use of demand modules
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop planning processes to support either make to stock or make to order operating models, whilst controlling inventoryJob Offer
