Position: Flexographic Printer
Location: Leeds
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Three-shift rotation (Mornings, Afters, Nights)
Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate flexographic printing machines
* Prepare and mount printing plates
* Mix inks to match colour specifications
* Ensure machines are properly calibrated and running smoothly
* Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Flexographic Printer required
* Strong technical skills in setting up and operating printing equipment
* Knowledge of ink mixing and colour matching techniques
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts
