Oversee the financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Lead and develop office staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and school policies.
Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to support the school's mission.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a business management role, ideally within an educational setting.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for contributing to the development and success of an SEN environment.Benefits you will recieve:
