We are on the lookout for a creative and talented Web & Graphic Designer who has a genuine passion for user experience and interface to join our client’s dynamic web team to provide digital graphics in-house.
You will ideally need to have prior experience in in-house web graphic design and the role is responsible for ensuring our client’s websites are well-designed. You will need to improve the user experience and maximize conversion potential for a consumer audience, ensuring they are unified in style and brand coherence.
You will interpret briefs and apply creative flair to assets across digital media, including web advertising banners, email campaigns and social media graphics.
Experience & Skills
* Educated to degree level, ideally with a Graphic Design qualification.
* Previous experience working in an in-house design or marketing role.
* Demonstrable passion for good design
* A thorough understanding of UX/UI principles and webpage design.
* Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD)
* Strong brand development skills.
* Demonstrable experience designing for Conversation Rate Optimisation (CRO) tests using Google Optimise.
* Previous experience of building marketing emails.
* Ideally, you will also have experience with Figma, Umbraco (or similar) and knowledge of front-end development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Salary on this role is £25k/annum-£32k/annum, dependent on experience. This is an office based-based role and so you will need to live within commutable distance of Norwich city centre
