You will take over the leadership of our IT Supply Chain Management team and be the primary point of contact for IT solutions that support global supply chain and logistics processes. This role includes responsibility for worldwide solutions related to transport management, freight costs, vendor and carrier collaboration, shipping labels, tracking, tracing, and logistics visibility. Additionally, you will oversee foreign trade solutions for import and export, Intrastat, bonded warehouses, customs tariffs, and broker integrations.

What you can expect:
Lead and develop our IT Supply Chain Management team
Together with the team and our business departments, you will create customized IT solutions for the global activities of HUGO BOSS
Drive the renewal of our IT landscape, e.g. with integrating a smart supplier collaboration and logistics visibility platform as part of our TWIN program.
Be a strong partner for our business departments and, together with your team, you will ensure the company's operations are running smoothly
Take responsibility for the strategic development of our IT applications and processes in the logistics area and create sustainable, innovative, and scalable solutions for the future
Work directly on initiatives of our "Claim 5" strategy and take the lead in the expansion and digitalization of our Supply Chain
Manage and coordinate (internal and external) IT consultants for global implementation and rollout projects
Create a framework for the team to achieve common goals, to grow through challenges, to promote personal development and to provide a home for the whole team
Your profile:
A completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
3 years+ dedicated leadership experience in IT within the fashion industry or other relevant industries
10 years+ of professional experience in the IT environment with a focus on logistics, supply chain management and/or foreign trade
Solid SAP knowledge and experience in 3rd party applications integration
You think entrepreneurially, are curious and eager to learn, you take responsibility and are a team player
Strong communication and moderation skills
Networking and maintaining contacts come naturally to you
Profound knowledge of project management
High customer orientation as well as a strong solution orientation
Good technical understanding and the ability to analyze and understand complex issues
Fluent in written and spoken English; German skills are a welcome plus
Personal leadership skills such as motivational ability, empathy, proactive thinking and acting as well as the ability to innovate complete your profile
