As an M&E Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing three diverse projects: a hospital fitout, an airport installation, and an office fit-out & refurbishment. Your primary focus will revolve around the M&E aspect of these ventures, collaborating closely with main contractors and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the M&E aspects of three concurrent projects.
* Liaise effectively with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and laborers.
* Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
* Proactively resolve any on-site challenges or technical issues.
* Uphold stringent health and safety protocols throughout project duration.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of managing projects exceeding £5 million in value.
* Comprehensive understanding of both electrical and mechanical packages.
