These are hospitality businesses with questions related to ordering professio As a Trilingual Customer Support Specialist your role is to be the point of contact for customers throughout North Europe. These are hospitality businesses with questions related to ordering professional catering equipment. The advice that you will provide will range from queries to do with delivery, commercial issues and general support. Customer inquiries come in through phone calls, emails or a ticket system. You will be responsible for either forwarding them to the appropriate department or handling them yourself if they fall within your expertise.Outbound customer contact is just as important: you follow up on quotes and inform existing customers about new products. There is also a lot of communication with colleagues from other departments when you have a question for your customer. It's a dynamic and multifaceted role!The main tasks include:
  • Customer contact via phone, email, or the ticket system
  • Ticket system management: including assigning tickets to other departments
  • Outbound contact: following up on quotes, informing existing customers about new productions
Our client is looking for someone who:
  • Has an excellent level of English, Dutch & German
  • Has had experience in a similar role
  • Has received at least an intermediate vocational education (MBO) and can work and think at that level
  • Has experience with customer support: both in a commercial and service-oriented capacity
  • Is available for 32-40 hours per week
  • Is eventually available in the weekends for 4 to 6 hours, working from home (at extra pay)
