Responsibilities:
· Managing and prepare/drafting of documentation of the employees including contracts, salaries, relocation,
· Take responsibility for de/registration employees with the respective local authorities and for all kind of work permit applications and renewals as needed;
· Responsible of the administration involves of relocation (including leases and private insuarance)
· You will be dealing daily with legal entities (Job Plus, ID Malta, SSN)
· Responsible of Payroll
· Manage the full recruitment when is necessary (trough recruitments companies and Sourcing tools: LinkedIn, Database, social media, referrals)
· Creating and maintaining HR data, personnel records, and producers
· Supporting daily employee’s requirement
Requirments:
· Previous experience in the role (1 - 2 years)
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar
· Good knowledge in Maltese law and DIER
· Excellent knowledge in Work permits applications
· Fluent English at business level
· Maintain critical and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
· Strong time management, attention to detail, and reliability.
· Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment with quickly changing business needs;
