Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers looking to purchase Harley-Davidson Motorclothes and accessories.
Assist customers in finding the perfect gear based on their riding style, preferences, and safety needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technology, and product knowledge related to Harley-Davidson Motorclothes.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options.
Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
1 year minimum previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
Knowledge and passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the Motorclothes line.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
