We are looking for a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. As a key provider in our practice, you will offer comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, building long-term relationships with families and making a positive difference in the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, offering preventive care and health education.
Perform physical exams, order lab tests, and interpret results to create individualized care plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed, and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Provide patient education on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) with an active Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and their families.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care with a commitment to high standards.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
