Senior Supply Planner

Job Description
Leads the supply planning of our Vinyl Siding network - optimizing our customer service, inventory working capital, and operational costs.  Responsible for routinely balancing production, shipments, and inventory across multiple manufacturing sites with strong data analytics, problem solving, and team consensus building.  Will enable MRP/scheduling optimization, product lifecycle management, and commercial success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare content and help to facilitate Weekly Integrated Tactical Planning Meetings and Monthly Supply Review Meetings for robust S&OP
Drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and Backorder service improvements via weekly reporting, trend analysis, and focused problem solving with Plant Schedulers and Operations Teams
Own Planning and Scheduling Tools and all technical advancements; routinely communicate line balancing of production, shipments, and inventory along with any production adherence or capacity constraints and related action steps
Lead month-end inventory reporting and projections; uncover ways to drive working capital optimization while partnering with Inventory, Finance, and Product Management Teams
Support product management efforts by coordinating ramp-up and ramp-down inventory plans and leading master data maintenance resolutions
Support advanced analytics and develop strategy related to inventory segmentation, lead-time differentiation, dynamic sourcing, and what-if scenario planning
