As a CNA at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.
Requirements
Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a CNA preferred
Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical endurance and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
Transfer patients safely to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Help patients with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
Observe and report any changes in patients' condition or behavior to the nurse
Ensure patients' rooms are clean and tidy
Assist with documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Class/Area: Certified Nursing Assistant
Pay Rate: Will be discussed in the interview
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 40
Time Scheduled:  (2:30pm-11pm)
