Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) - Permanent Position
CTTX Health is currently hiring for a permanent position of Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN). As a Medical ICU RN, you will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, providing specialized care to critically ill patients.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' conditions in the Medical ICU.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and adjust life support systems and equipment.
Interpret and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Current BLS, and ACLS certifications.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work permanent shifts and be part of a rotating schedule.
