Senior Financial Planning Administrator

Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Financial Planning Administrator based in Altrincham, Cheshire. This is a full time, permanent job role. However, they will look at candidates who potentially want to do a 4-day week. You will benefit from 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension and free parking.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Senior Financial Planning Administrator will deal with a range of client queries.
Key tasks include:
* Assisting with monitoring emails to ensure all client queries are responded to within the appropriate timescale
* Produce EIS & VCT summaries for clients when requested
* Liaise with providers to resolve queries
* Overseeing withdrawal requests
* Processing new business submissions
* Preparing meeting packs
* Ensuring compliance is strictly adhered to
* Preparing stock transfer forms
* Processing stock transfer forms
* Processing trusts
* Support advisers and Ops Manager when required
Person Specification
The successful Senior Financial Planning Administrator will be a clear and confident communicator. You will also have the following skills and attributes:
* Experience working in client relationship administration
* Excellent Organisational and time management skills
* Be a good communicator
