You’re a good vet, an adventurous vet who is starting to get itchy feet.
Things change, circumstances change and the thought of moving overseas to utilise your skills excites you.

With stunning beaches, mountains, restaurants, Aussie bars, and areas of outstanding natural beauty on your doorstep, this can be a role built around your new lifestyle.
It’s a big step, we understand that, curious, excited, an adventure on the other side of the world?
Tempted, then read on.
This practice based in Newcastle NSW is hiring for growth, ideally a two year plus experienced vet but they will look at a new grad. What is most important though is a kind emphatic vet who will get stuck in from the start. This is not just another job, it’s a chance to grow your career while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle Australia has to offer.
This practice has a real ‘family feel,’ about it where everyone pulls together when there’s work, and relaxes when it’s time. Without the shackles of a large vet group, decisions can be made quickly and ideas are encouraged.
With a loyal client base and outstanding reputation (check out their ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐reviews on Google ) it sees them care for and often work on interesting, challenging, and diverse cases.
This is a community of like-minded individuals; they love what they do and that makes them better vets. They collaborate, they discuss cases, and they learn from each other.
As you will be performing such a key role they will need to look after you accordingly. A salary of $100,000 to $140,000 (Full-time equivalent) + $5k relocation, company vehicle plus other tasty benefits should do the trick! A comprehensive CPD allowance is also on offer. They’re interested in improving all their vets and investing in them. Because it’s mutually beneficial.
They are a big believer in work-life balance here so there is the offer of Full Time or Part Time you choose. No OOH’s. Not many practices can boast this!
Based in Newcastle you have the advantages of city living and all the amenities that go with it, plenty of shops, restaurants, sports facilities, and national parks. Summers are hot, winters are mild and with a surfing beach only 20 minutes away what’s not to like?
