What can you expect?

• You are the main communicator to customers mainly in the industrial area, providing daily customer support
• You follow up on sales with current customers and find potential new customers, building up customer relationships through visits and general market research
• You find solutions to increase the turnover steadily and transform customer requirements into our company solution by defining a technical solution that meets quality, time, cost targets
• You are the technical supporter for OEM, responding and following up on technical inquiries, troubleshooting our products, and providing technical and commercial consulting based on our products with the support of HQ in Japan
• You make quotations to the customer after choosing the products and visit trade fairs and exhibitions for marketing support
• You obtain OEM customer production trends and negotiate delivery date adjustments

What should you bring along?

• You have a technical education and 2 - 3 years' experience with hydraulic components in the field of construction machines
• You are able to read drawings for hydraulic equipment and hydraulic units
• You are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken), and any further language would be beneficial
• You have experience working in a Japanese company, which is a plus
• You are willing to travel approximately once a week to customers in Europe
• You have a valid driving license
