IT Business Partner (gn) Formycon is an international leading, independent developer of high-quality biopharmaceutical medicines, especially biosimilars. With an experienced team comprised of around 240 highly skilled professionals, the company is able to span the entire value chain of biosimilar drug development, from market analysis and target definition by protein analytics, to the development of production processes, to clinical trials and the regulatory approval process. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Business Partner (gn) to join our team in Martinsried near Munich as soon as possible. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the different business departments, ensuring that business and information technology solutions align with business strategy, goals, and objectives. Being the main business contact person as well as trusted advisor to the different business departments. To do this you need to understand the opportunities, challenges, and needs of the different stakeholders. Stakeholder management is key, hence you will develop and maintain relationships with respective department heads, to ensure a tight collaboration between the business and the Information and business technology team. Collect and translate business requirements into solution proposals while keeping the involved parties engaged and communicated. Provide the needed guidance as well as recommendations to the stakeholders regarding technology trends, best practices and overall use of our application landscape and solutions. Delivery and/or support of resulting Projects will be done on time, within budget and according to expectations. Support Change Management activities for existing solutions and projects Completed studies in the field of economics or (business) informatics or a comparable degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field of IT or IT-related areas. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver IT solutions. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements in technical solutions. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives along with effective prioritization. Proven experience with Digital Transformation Projects (in best case in a pharmaceutical company) Practical experience in the GxP-regulated area as well as Software Validation are a PLUS.
