Our client is a Distinguished European Consultancy looking to break into the UK Market as an integrator of third-party Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, specialising in customising, deploying, and managing sophisticated security solutions for businesses across various sectors. Their expertise lies in seamlessly integrating third-party IAM and PAM solutions into complex IT environments, ensuring enhanced security, compliance, and operational efficiency for their clients.

Job Description:

As an IAM/PAM Security Consultant you will play a crucial role in delivering bespoke IAM and PAM integration solutions to clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of these solutions, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of IAM and PAM technologies, as well as the ability to design and implement solutions that integrate smoothly with clients' existing IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between client's needs and technical solutions, ensuring a secure, efficient, and customised fit for each implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed requirement analysis to understand and document client needs for IAM and PAM solutions.

* Design and implement IAM and PAM solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring best practices and security standards are adhered to.

* Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM and PAM solutions with existing client systems.

* Deliver training and documentation to clients for the effective use and management of the implemented solutions.

* Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in IAM and PAM technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

* Provide exceptional post-implementation support, addressing any technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

* Work closely with the regional and global sales teams to support in pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing/integrating IAM and PAM solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

* Strong technical background with expertise in at least one leading IAM/PAM platform (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta).

* Excellent understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, role-based access control, and privileged access security.

* Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), SSO technologies, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).

* Strong understanding of related technological approaches (e.g. Zero Trust, Least Privilege, …)

* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards related to identity and access management.

* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Must be based in the UK and eligible to work without sponsorship.
