Description

• Coordinating and monitoring the entire import procedure, from shipping to delivering goods to the customer
• Communicating with customs and port authorities, carriers, and customers
• Preparing customs documentation and handling customs inspections as necessary
• Monitoring and managing shipping schedules and delivery times
• Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests
• Working with internal departments to resolve customer requests and issues
