Uniqlo, a world-renowned retail powerhouse, is looking for an junior HR Support for their Belgium and Luxumbourgh stores. That's right - we're on the hunt for the missing puzzle piece to the dynamic team of fashionistas and HR at Uniqlo. Does diving headfirst into the world of fashion got your interest? If so, read on! As the HR Support admin, you'll work alongside the human capital virtuosos, ensuring that the team flourishes in a highly productive environment. Werkzaamheden

• Check incoming applicants (CV, resumes) and book interviews with suitable candidates
• Organize the Uniqlo recruitmentproces during hiring season
• Prepare contracts for new employees
• General HR administration tasks and planning
• Participate in recruitment events in Belgium and Luxembourgh

Wat verwachten we van je?

• General HR skills or willing to learn these skills, including a basic understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Able to start on a short notice for at least a period of six-seven months
• Communication skills and the ability to tackle issues head-on
• Love for Uniqlo's vibrant, fashion-forward culture (and a soft spot for the cozy cashmere sweaters)
• Fluent in French and English

Waar ga je werken?

The Uniqlo store in the Kalverstraat in Amsterdam is almost impossible to miss. With a view of the busy shopping street and Dam Square, you will be there from Monday to Friday during office hours. The Uniqlo team on the floor consists of more than 100 employees. You work together with your colleagues in a small team to cover the Uniqlo HR tasks for the Benelux.
