German / Dutch / French Technical Support Agent

We are recruiting GERMAN, DUTCH and/or FRENCH speakers as Technical Support Agents in Lisbon, Portugal!

You will be working for a huge international manufacturer of smart home products including thermostats, smoke detectors, and security systems including smart doorbells and smart locks. 
 
 

Responsibilities:

• Answer to customer queries and requests by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests
• Bring your specialist skillset to solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face.

We are looking for:

• Fluent in German, Dutch and/or French language (C2 level)
• Good English skills
• Previous work experience in a similar role
