As a Model Manager at a leading M&E subcontractor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and compliance of Building Information Models (BIM) across various projects. Your expertise in BIM advice, COBie, asset data field setup, and model integration will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. BIM Advisory: Provide expert BIM advice to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.

2. COBie & Asset Data Management: Lead the setup and population of COBie and asset data fields, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data management within BIM models.

3. BIM Compliance: Ensure BIM compliance to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), overseeing adherence to established standards and protocols.

4. Revit Resolutions Assistance: Assist in resolving Revit-related issues, offering guidance and expertise to maintain model integrity and consistency.

5. Subcontractor Compliance: Monitor and enforce subcontractor BIM compliance, collaborating to ensure consistent and high-quality BIM outputs.

6. Point Cloud Model Integration: Oversee the integration of point cloud models, facilitating accurate as-built representation and enhancing overall project accuracy.

7. Internal Model Management: Manage and organize internal models, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration among team members.

8. Revit Family Creation: Contribute to the creation and management of Revit families, maintaining a standardized library for efficient project execution.

9. Federated Model Creation: Lead the creation and management of federated models, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in BIM advisory roles.

* Strong expertise in COBie, asset data management, and model integration.

* Familiarity with BIM compliance and BEP requirements.

* Proficient in resolving Revit-related issues and challenges.

* Experience in managing subcontractor BIM compliance.

* Knowledge of point cloud model integration.

* Familiarity with internal model management and organization.

* Skills in Revit family creation.

* Experience in federated model creation.
