With a reputation for quality and innovation, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Wolverhampton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage impactful projects and drive excellence in construction.
About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of social housing and private home design and build projects. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of social housing and private home projects from initiation to completion.
* Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
* Work with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor project progress, budget, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
* Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
* Identify and manage project risks, resolving any issues that arise.
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the social housing and private home construction sector.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Full UK driving licence.
Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Professional membership of a recognised project management institution (desirable).
