A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a fast growing and well-renowned school.

The school are looking for an HR Manager to manage the entire HR process. Duties include heading up the employee relations, pay & reward, learning & development, change and organisational development, among other duties.

This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the HR team in the employee relations advice through calls, face-face and email
Create and design the HR and Development training programmes for mid-senior colleagues
Assist the senior leadership on the organisational development, as well as driving business change
Support the HR services team in ensuring high quality, cost effective and efficient delivery
To ensure HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and available to all members of staff
Develop strategies in order to engage and develop employees from minority groups

Job Requirements:

Experience in having senior HR experience as well as focussing on employee relations
Ability in drafting letters, reports and correspondence to a high standard
An understanding of the education sector and how HR changes may effect it
Level 5 CIPD
Ability to collaborate with members of the business at all levels, reflecting interpersonal skills.
