Licence/Certification: D32/D33 or A1 License (Required)

Experience:

* Management: 3 years (Preferred)

* Coaching: 2 years (Preferred)

Here's some of the great things you'll get to do:

* Coaching and support your learners throughout their programme (inc EPA)

* Providing Functional Skills support to your learners where needed

* Observing learners (virtually) to help gather high quality evidence

* Supporting IQA activities as required

* Completing peer to peer moderation and observation

* Monitoring your learners attendance and OTJ hours

* Carrying out remote learner sessions and reviews

* Maintaining documentation on learners’ progress and ensuring audit compliance
