Job Title: Vehicle Architecture Development Engineer
Location: Hybrid - Dunton Based - 3 days on site
Rate: Negotiable - from £35.65ph Umbrella (inside IR35) – Depending on Experience
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)
Hours: Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week

The candidate would be responsible for establishing and delivering the fundamental layout of vehicles including the mechanical arrangement with geometrical compatibility. VA are the first engineering team involved in the programme and involvement continues to Job#1 and beyond.
Skills Required:
* Excellent project and people management skills, with tenacity in resolving issues.
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
* Ability to interface with Senior Management.
* Ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems and present solutions with clarity.
Skills Preferred:
* Knowledge of FEDE, PLM, CAE, CAD, Auros - E2KS and Digital Buck tools including Vismockup CATIA abilities.
Experience Required:
* Delivery of vehicle programs.
Experience Preferred:
* Knowledge of commercial vehicle variants / configurations preferred.
Education Required:
* Degree in Engineering discipline.

Travel: Possibly travel to Europe will be required
