Here at Find My Staff we are currently recruiting on behalf of a well etablished client for a Permanent Operations Administrator to start immediately,
The role will involve
* Ensuring all logbooks, compliance, records and files are reviewed and up to date
* Assist with assignments and management of tasks to subcontractors
* Be aware of the insurance claims process
* Understand escalation procedure
* Monitor IT Systems and data management
* Assist and support the facilities manager
* Monitor booking in and out system
* Compiling monthly reports
You must have
* Extensive IT & Microsoft Office Skills
* Knowledge of standards & KPI monitoring
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to work alone and as part of a team
* Attention to detail
