Injection Moulding Setter Technician

Up to £30,00 DOE
Jackson Hogg is delighted to partnering with our Sedgefield based client in their search for Injection Moulding Label Setter Technician.
Day to day duties include:
* Operate all IML machines including robotics in a safe and timely manner.
* Maintain machine efficiencies and minimise the amount of scrap produced.
* Ensure the machine packers are trained and utilised correctly, reporting any issues to management.
* Perform product changeovers, setups and run established tooling to the customers specification and production time targets.
* Responsible for machine handover.
Skills/attributes needed:
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.
* Ability to use own initiative to work as an individual or as part of a team unsupervised.
* Good verbal communication and listening skills, all communication both written and verbal must be in English.
* Strong work ethic, must want to do tasks and understand their value.
* Reliable, general timekeeping and honesty, working unsupervised.
* Adaptable over a broad range of work.
