This is a brand-new role for this business and will play a vital role in the continued growth. As an Office Manager you will be responsible for:

Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a clean and organised work environment.
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of important documents, contracts, and invoices.
Working with the Sales team in scheduling the contractors and work, raising Purchase Orders, and issuing invoices to customers
Checking customer deposits have gone through, chasing where necessary.
Assist in the preparation, editing, and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the office and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management to support the efficient operation of the office.
