We are looking for an Operations Manager with good experience of managing staff, Health & Safety and the day-to-day operations of running a manufacturing/warehouse site. You will need to be a strong leader/manager, who is driven and has a proven track record in producing results. You will be managing three departments, which consists of manufacturing, processing and warehouse. You will also manage Health & safety for the full site, with support from other managers.
Reporting to the Technical Site Manager you will be a key member of the management team/company and will be involved in decisions with most of the things happening on site.
Key Duties;
* Overall responsibility for staff in Manufacturing/Filling/Warehouse.
* Overall responsibility for Health & Safety on Site.
* Overall responsibility for the Site.
* Implement new systems and policies.
* Develop plans to increase efficiency of orders.
* Ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
* Promote and ensure safety in the workplace.

For this role you would be required to arrive up to 20 minutes before the start time, to open up and make sure the site is operational.
