What You'll Do:
* Manage and mentor a team of field service engineers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and manage comprehensive field operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Act as the main liaison with customers, resolving service issues and fostering long-term trust.
* Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards in all service activities.
* Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate training, and support your team's career development.
* Collaborate with sales and project teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational success. Lead initiatives for process improvement, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven leadership in service management, ideally within relevant industrial machinery or engineering industries.
* Exceptional team leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating a cross functional engineering team (Mechanical, Electrical, Software).
* Resilience in high-pressure environments and adeptness at managing multiple priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous personal and team improvement.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexibility for travel as needed.
