The Opportunity

My client is thrilled to announce the opening for a Sales Manager with global responsibilities, representing a dynamic opportunity within the organization. Seeking an individual characterized by boundless energy, unwavering dedication, and a passion for driving results, this role is integral to propelling the business forward during a period of rapid expansion. The chosen candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives on a global scale, exceeding targets, inspiring teams, and fostering enduring client relationships. Job Duties 

Exclusively promote company products to secure global sales
Actively promote and sell products within assigned territory
Conduct client visits and deliver engaging presentations
Manage and prepare authorized customer quotations
Prospect new accounts and develop market opportunities
Prepare and implement monthly Marketing Strategy and Sales Plan
Maintain CRM system for territory, recording all sales activities
Provide weekly summary reports on activities, sales leads, and forecast sales
Project manage customer orders, including booking information and liaising with management teams for completion
Continuously develop new sales tactics to achieve company business goals

About You

Demonstrate drive and tenacity with a history of successful accomplishments
Exhibit enthusiasm for generating and confidently presenting innovative ideas
Ideally possess an engineering background, preferably with electronics experience
Display confidence in reaching out to potential and current clients, fostering enduring connections
Excel in self-managing schedules, demonstrating organizational prowess and attention to detail
Work effectively both collaboratively and autonomously
Communicate effectively and adeptly liaise with customers
Showcase excellent administration and IT proficiency
Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience
Valid UK Driving License

Job Benefits

£25,000 - £35,000 basic salary
Up to 3% starting commission scheme
20 days holiday + bank holidays + 1 extra day per year of service

Mon to Thurs – 08:30 to 17:00, Fri – 08:30 to 14:30
