Role Overview:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects in the education and commercial sector from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support throughout the project.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key milestones.
