Key Responsibilities:

Manage end to end delivery of large workstreams.
Leading client facing meetings and workshops.
Guide offshore teams to design, configure and test a process area to successful deployment for a client.
Cultivating client relationships, expanding your network, and accumulating diverse experiences to effectively address client needs.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
Expertise in the Core HCM module.
Background in Functional Consulting.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of workstreams.
Consultancy background with involvement in pre-sales and business development activities.
