Basic Salary - £50,000 - £60,000

Holidays – Starting at 21 days, plus Bank holidays growing year on year via service 

Hours – Offering a flexible 5/6 day working week, with some flexibility on start and finish times, with an anticipated 38 hours per week minimum 

Responsibilities of the Solar Manager role to include – 

To help manage and oversee our directional management and day to day office team support

Allocation and management of staff and working commitments to help secure excellent client and installer relationships 

One to One support for all team members with direct responsibility for development and growth including training and growth planning 

Results and performance management across all aspects of our Solar business, to include strategic planning and performance growth management

Building and supporting with supply chain relationships and Manufacturers commercial agreements and relationships 

Priority Management of the performance and KPI targets across the solar team
