Requirements

Degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent is essential
Minimum 2 years post registration experience in similar role
Current professional membership required
Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an enhanced Access NI check andcompliance due to the nature of this work

Up to date Immunization records to complete a full occupational health review
Ability to build rapport with ease
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work in fast paced user-centric environment

Responsibilities

Prioritize, assess and manage own patient caseload
In-depth awareness of relevant legislation and trends in Health and Social Care
Evidence of expert clinical knowledge to provide appropriate assessment/intervention
Work autonomously to undertake comprehensive standardized and non-standardisedassessments in all aspects of occupational performance

Deliver a service, which meets all organizational and professional responsibilities
Prepare/present appropriate specialist professional reports as required
Communicate effectively with patients and ensure there is an understanding of theircondition

Promote and support effective team working, fostering a culture of openness andtransparency

Support the service's leadership team
Maintain a high level of safety to ensure all service users are kept safe
